Although the personel lacks training on customer care, the girls and the lady manager are nice, helpful, respectful! Cheers!

Awful service.. this was the second time I tried here. The first time I gave up after waiting 10 minutes to be served with no one else waiting. This time after ordering 15 mins later after they gave 2 customers their food that arrived after me I asked for my money back. NEVER AGAIN

Just like all mcdonalds you've ever eaten in the states. this is the best compliment I can offer. I felt the comfort of getting my big mac, pommes and coke as if I came home. friendly staff, quick service. visit the mcdonald’s of santa marta Colombia

A bit light on the air conditioning and a few people begging outside in the parking lot......overall though friendly staff and generally clean washrooms. Wifi is ok when it works.
