The Epitome of Sweet, Cold Nirvana and a Dose of Good Old People Watching Slide on over to this sweet tooth’s paradise where the ice is shaved smoother than a jazz singer 's croon and the syrup is so laden with sugar you 'll swear you 've been transported to the Candy Kingdom. Your taste buds will embark on an adventure that 's truer to flavor than a lemon is to sour. The staff? Oh, they are rays of sunshine, beams of positivity. They spread kindness around like confetti, except this confetti doesn 't require a tiresome clean up operation afterwards. They make waiting a joy, rather than a chore, a fact further enhanced by the comedic spectacle that 's the eternally reappearing convoy of bass thumping pick up trucks. Ah yes, those three pick ups. They 've driven by no less than seven times, their bass booming like the heart of a teen in love. It 's a merry go round of the same trucks, the same bass heavy beats, a parade that 's weirdly hypnotic. I swear one of them was playing the Jaws theme last time around. It 's better than a reality TV show, I tell you. Be warned, though. The lines are long so long they could give a python a run for its money. But isn 't that just a testament to the sheer brilliance of this icy haven? The great thing is, the entertainment keeps rolling on while you wait, making the queueing part of the fun. In conclusion, brace yourself for an experience where your sweet tooth gets spoiled rotten, your heart gets warmed by the staff 's kindness, and your day gets a comedic soundtrack from our bass loving, truck driving friends. Enjoy the ride!
They were supposed to be open at 9:30 but I guess the lady was running late. We asked what time they opened at around 9:45 and was told 15 minutes. We waited outside for 30 minutes while she hung all of her shirts up outside and filled her coolers with ice. She didn’t say anything to our kid that was dying for his shaved ice and basically gave him mean glares. We decided to leave at 10:25 after there was no sign of her opening. Obviously didn’t care about her customers.
Must get the coconut cream pie snowcone! It is so great.
All I need to say is Piggly Wiggly! A phenomenal cold treat on a hot summers day. Sweet, tasty and delicious!
