Contribuisci feedbackI attended a Bordeaux wine dinner here this evening and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and wine, especially when I found out that their executive chef, who engineered our 6 course Michelin star quality experience is 21 YEARS OLD! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food was very good. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Seared Tuna Salad

Weird experience. So I called earlier in the day for a reservation, and was told that they don 't take reservations even though their company website says to call for reservation. The guy said 7:30 would be perfect time for seating w/o reservation (wish I 'd known about the Wait List . We arrived around 7:35. We waited a few minutes at the hostess stand for the hostess who was chasing down someone on the wait list who had failed to respond to the table ready call (w/several empty tables and not crowded . The wait listers were seated before us. Okay. So we ordered. The Wedge Salad was delish although the sweet grapes were different. The Grouper was sub par looked and tasted more like a pan fish than grouper, and the Airline Chicken that hubby ordered was over cooked. I asked to talk to a manager. The first manager brought their bill for the fish out to prove that it was grouper. Next manager hears the exchange (which was weird and took the grouper off the bill. It was a weird night, but the 2nd manager was trying to make the best of a bad experience he even surprised us and brought us some free wine to take home to make it better. The table next to us reached out and agreed that the first manager did not handle our situation well. But that second manager. He saved the evening. He really tried to remedy an otherwise bad experience. Aside from the second manager and the guy that brought us our food and a bag for our free wine, they need help with their staff and food. But the wine was good. I am not writing them off (thanks to the second manager I am hoping that our experience was just a bad night, and that we will try them again.
