Good portions 3 dishes for 4 people we ordered 2 different ceviche and 1 paella (travel with seafood) eat 4/5 hospitality 4/5 price 5/5 try it.

Very accommodating staff upon arrival even though restaurant was to its capacity. Food ordering was fast and efficient. Tried a ceviche that I had never tried before. Had a yellow spicy sauce on it. Delicious and nicely served. What I liked also was the fact...that this is not a restaurant for tourists per sei. 90% of people there were local professionals and families. This gives it a calmed and cozy atmosphere even at lunch time. Location is easy to find, in a middle class neighborhood in Lima Definitely, I would go back and recommend it to friends.

I was a few times in peru tos this restaurant is popular for our family. eating was always amazing not to mention that the service is also very good. peruvian ceviche is a must. a mi cuñado ernesto le encantaba llevarnos a este Restaurante...cuando visitabamos lima. lindos recuerdos.

The ingredients in this restaurant were like nothing I've ever seen before in my travels. As a Canadian traveler, El Merlin came as a recommendation from a local Peruvian friend from Lima and it was nothing less amazing. Fair prices for the portions and the freshness of the dishes we tried were really ocean to table. The location is something outside the tourist area, but if you are ready to take the trip, it is worth it. Just great lunch in this restaurant!!

This is the place for traditional style Peruvian ceviche. Great fish menu. It is mother and pop style so not be disappointed when they run out of ingredients.
