We were looking for a drink meal and this place looked inviting so we went in. From lovely, polite and attentive waiting staff to a smashing Barcardi Coke followed by an excellent 3 course meal, the evening was just perfect. Would go there again if we visit the area. 10/10 all round.
Great setting. Average food. Menu del dia first course cocido del montaigne was tasty. Fish was well cooked if bland. I'll pass on the calamares if there is a next time. Service was OK despite lack of a common language.
We all enjoyed our meal here. English is too much to ask here (about all the places we went to, to be honest). My wife had an awesome salat, she really enjoyed it. The other dishes are not extraordinary, but we all had plenty enough to eat. There was a violin player outside, that was very enjoyable too (coincidence, but very enjoyable).
We went here for dinner and had a menu each. The price is reasonable at €15 for a 3 course meal with wine. The food itself was fine although nothing amazing. We had salads to start which were fine. I had the salmon for main which was dry and tasteless. The dessert was nice enough although again nothing particularly special. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful although we asked quite a lot of questions which I think they found annoying after a while. I don't think I would return here given the choice of other places in town with menus priced the same.
