Will never order again. It took over an hour to get our pizza. Received a text they were headed this way over 20 minutes ago....not the first
Edit: Upon talking to the manager during the daytime, he said Josh was backed up in a hurry and probably didn’t know how to deal with someone on the phone. He said so you’re wanting me to have a talk with him? He seems less than interested about the conduct of his employee, instead he made excuses for his behavior. I told him initially my first call was to provide feedback. When I did that I was cussed at and played games with… over a pizza. The manager said he himself was busy needed to get back to it. The conversation lasted a total of 2 minutes 39 seconds. So sadly enough the customer service is severely lacking. Food can be fixed. People skills need to be addressed at this location.The first time I purchased from there I had pizza that was missing one of the toppings I paid extra for. I don’t like to complain about minimal issues. So I did not contact them. It was probably just a fluke. The next time, about 3 weeks later, I ordered the same exact thing. The order was basically a duplicate of the first one. After placing the order, I called spoke to a young man. I explained what happened the first time said ya know I get it stuff happens. Please make sure my toppings are on there. Super nice young man, he assured me he would take care of it. Upon my husband picking the pizzas up, whomever gave the pizzas to him said “we put mushrooms on it”. I paid for extra mushrooms which is almost $3 extra dollars. My husband did not check the pizza. Once he got home, after the place was closed, he checked the pizza. There were slices with no toppings at all. I’m not sure why I paid for extra when I get less than a tablespoon of mushrooms. I called the next day spoke with Justin. When he answered the phone he was really nice. I said hey who do I speak with about my order from last night? IMMEDIATELY his tone changed. I explained it he responded I’m not sure what exactly you problem is. (Mind you I was super nice. No weird tone. No hostility. Nothing) I explained again. He said you should’ve called last night. I explained they were closed. He then said that when you pay for extra toppings you actually get less of said topping. Which made zero sense to me. I said verbatim what he said back to him he said that’s right. I was not expecting anything free at all, I told him this. I wanted to provide feedback about it was disappointing to pay so much extra for a $6.99 that turns into $13. Mind you, the toppings change at sauce. Handmade pan costs extra. So if you order a $6.99 deal pizza that has 2 toppings included if you change the sauce, that’s a topping. I told him how I was trying to give this particular location a shot bc I live right down the road. The convenience of it and all. He said I don’t care I don’t have to FKN listen to you. He then hung up on me. When I called back he hung up the first time without even saying hello. The second time he said this is Josh. I asked him who the general manager was to which his response is he doesn’t know , he just started but yet he said he is a manger of the store. I’m not sure exactly what happened to him that day or what kind of day he was having but I got the brunt of it. I’m still trying to make contact with the general manager 3 days later. It’s frowned upon to even offer customer concerns that are not even in the slightest of being hostile. I guess I’ll have to drive 30 miles to the 41 and Sheridan location that has undisputed customer service food. All and all I wanted to be able to go to a location that was closer with the same quality. I hope others do not have to have an experience like mine. Maybe management will see this. I don’t know. Either way, I feel like things could’ve been handled at a way different level.
We ordered from the app and it shows. Small overcooked portions that did not sit well with our stomachs.We will not be back.
The store manager Logan, is really friendly, and team leads with a calm demenor. The store is clean, the team appearance is always neat, and they have a cold bag to keep the drinks cold for delivery :)Sometimes the pizza makers throw dough in the air too its fun to see that in person.
