The service was terrible, as the restaurant did not serve any food despite being booked a week in advance. There was no mention of this restriction when making the reservation. Even after booking ahead of time, there was no guarantee of being able to have a meal upon arrival without prior notification. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

I don't know what happened but I really didn't feel welcomed here. The place was busy, almost full, but they still let us sit. They immediately asked us what we want without giving us any menu, so we ordered beer and asked for food menu. There were people eating around and cutlery was on the tables so it doesn't look they do not serve food anymore. We never get it. We finished our drinks and there was nobody to bring us more or to pay to. So we went to a bar to pay, they said there is no service there on the bar (well, there basically wasn't any service anywhere). After a while we were able to pay and left. Terrible experience. If you are full and don't won't more guest just say no when we asked for table... Or isn't 2 enough and you only welcome big groups?

The wait for food was extremely lengthy, and it should be noted that food cannot be ordered on weekends, only cold plates are available. The meal was for dinner, the food quality was rated as a 1, the service also received a 1, but the atmosphere was rated a 4.
