Starbucks - Sarnia

I really wanted to give 5 stars. This Starbucks is clean and they serve really good beverages. The staff are very friendly, but every time I go there the staff are talking amongst themselves and customers are waiting a long time to get served and then waiting a long time for their drinks to be made.

Wonderful place. Great upkeep. All staff are friendly and amazing especially Sam, Very happy and positive she is. Shout out to Sam. Keep up the AWESOME WORK. You’re going to do AMAZING THINGS with your life. Much love.

I used to love any chance to get to Starbucks. They always made great coffee and their service was always phenomenal. But lately the service is horrible. It's not the staff's fault but when I'm waiting 15, 20 minutes after I've ordered a coffee, we'll, I don't have time for that. The problem seems to be that there are 3 lines, in store, drive-thru, and mobile order, but the stores only designed to serve 1 line at a time.

Other than the ridiculous pricing, food wasn't too bad, but they put in way too much chocolate sauce in my drink.

Says it's open, but it's not. also the cathcart dieucks has better drinks, as the london rd dishes always taste old burnt
