In a pinch, I figured I could get a couple slices of pizza and a drink without some sort of glitch. I couldn 't have been more mistaken.Since I don 't have tap-to-pay or Apple Pay, to use my card, I had to enter and withdraw it from the chip reader, then slide through the magnet reader.Card rejected. This process was attempted twice unsuccessfully.Employee was very rude and put out I couldn 't use tap or Apple to pay.I was throughly annoyed, so left the pizza and drink on the counter and began walking towards the door. First she asked if I wanted her to hold it and I replied, no, and continued towards the door.To my back, she said something about, ma 'am you need to...... I 'm extremely hard of hearing, so I didn 't hear the rest of it, but she 's in no position to tell me what I need to be doing. I left the merchandise on the counter.I 'm sure it had to be thrown away; maybe that 's what she was hollering about. Not my problem a chip card payment couldn 't be processed.Within about 15 minutes, another Casey 's location a couple miles away had no restriction on payment method and my card was processed successfully.Ultimately, I was rewarded nicely for the horrific inconvenience and rudeness in La Vista with fresh out of the oven slices and friendly staff further north down the road. And this experience is the nail in the coffin. There will be no further patronage of any Casey 's again.
Terrible service. Ordered pizza and when I showed up to get it at the time it was supposed to be ready, they hadn’t even started it. I guess I now know why their rating here is so poor.
This store is generally clean in the morning, the girls working are wonderful, and they have great customer service and are always pleasant to talk to. I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews, I always have a great experience when I come to this location. Any time something isn't stocked in the cooler they will go in the back and grab it for me or are willing to make what I want if it isn't available when I show up. If people would talk to the workers, they would understand they are understaffed and doing the best they can, and should cut them some slack.
Bucky’s maintained their facilities cleaner and they were open 24 hrs., back then. 84th and Frederick and 72nd Grover st locations have also gone downhill. Littered, soda machines constantly out of flavors. Some don’t even wear their uniforms.
This place is terrible. Nothings stocked. There’s always something wrong. Nothings available when needed. The manager does nothing to solve anything literally the laziest manager. Saying things like I’m over worked. I work almost 60 hrs every week and I can still do my job. Only 1to2 people even do their jobs at this location overnight never stocks cooler during the downtime. When the lines backed to the coolers management and others will see this and just stands there behind the cigarettes ignoring the problem. I can’t express how much I loath this location. It’s right by my home and I have to go out of the way now every morning because of these daily problems. I can’t even express further my hatred for this location.
