Dunkin' Donuts - Saugus

Why wouldn’t I give this place 5 stars? The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always got my simple order right. That’s exactly what I’m looking for!

I stopped a coffee and a snack. This is a newer location of appearance and very clean. The location is well occupied and they were fast and responsive. My only complaint was the way it displayed the baked goods. Only donuts and muffins were displayed. I couldn't see what bagels or other baked goods were available.

The manager seemed pleased when I told him that I love Dunkin' coffee.

This is my new favorite dunks. It's on the way to my home, I go there every single day and the staff is very very nice. Couldn't get a better experience there. Everyone's friendly like I said in the quality is great. Thank you
