Papa Johns Pizza - Savannah

Totally wrong job. 2 pizzas have one with only ananas. large. denied to answer phones or correct order. transmitted to unanswered line. 61.00 for a cookie and 2 drinks!

After 3 times of ordering from this place I can say it's terrible in every way. Order pizza from any other pizzaria because you'll never get your food from this place.

I cannot believe the incompetence of this place. Took two hours to get the pizza made. Then they delivered it to the wrong place. Without confirming anything, left the pizza on the ground and walked away. We never ended up finding it. Buy literally anywhere else.

We loved the pizza however, it took 1 and 1/2 hours for my pizza to get ready. This Papa John's pizza is very understaffed. There was a lot of confusion on the orders and it just made for a bad visit compared to other Papa John's pizza restaurants I've visited.

Unfortunately, this place was incredibly busy when I ordered so I waited over 2 hours. Most of the time they weren’t answering their phone while I was trying to check the status. Then they sent out my pizza with a door dash driver who never delivered it. I gave them a second star because they did refund my money, but I will never go back to PJs.
