McDonald's - Scarborough

I ordered three burgers, but all of them were missing two ingredients (onions and pickles). I returned one burger, but received the same cold burger back with only a small amount of onions and still no pickles. It seems like the staff could use more training.

If you're familiar with the scene from Zootopia featuring the sloth working behind the counter, then you're in for a real treat at this restaurant because it outshines them by far.

During the busy lunch rush, it can often mean slow service at restaurants. However, that is not the case here. The staff is dynamic, efficient, and incredibly accurate. While many may lower their expectations for fast food places, this restaurant is the exception. The staff at the counter deserve a shout out for their exceptional customer service skills. Ordering here did not feel like typical fast food service.

We had breakfast here at 0930 on a Sat morning. It was a redicules long wait for a bacon and egg x2 meal. He burgers looked like they had been made by Picasso and the coffee was cold. At least they didn’t ruin the orange juice. Perhaps more than 3 staff may assist on a busy morning. Result Coffee in bin , Picasso burger tossed and went to a better coffee place. Ps. The bacon and egg McMuffin bread was soggy. Epic fail.

Wow great food and great service. There was a line up of 10+ people it did take a while to get served but the food was worth the wait. The young lady on the till was lovely, very cheerful! After payment the food was about 5 minute wait. Very delicious, can’t wait to come back next week!
