Taco Bell - Scarborough

Decided to try their new cheesy chicken burrito which was on the value menu for $2.99. I wasn 't expecting much, but I just laughed when I opened it. Cheesy , has 3 specs of cheese. I 'll never understand why taco bell went so downhill. Won 't go back to this location.

Worst attitude from the cashier.It was 6.45 in the evening and he said he doesnt have any meat and veggies and is closed.Where the closing time is 7 in the evening on sundays.

We decided to drop by Taco Bell in STC today as we were craving something quick and cheap. We have had Taco Bell at other locations before and received service that was way better than what we experience at this location.There was no line, so clearly they weren't busy. We ordered a Mexican pizza taco combo with supreme fries made with beans and drink.They guy take the order was doing 3 other things at the same time while rushing us. Once they had taken the order we saw them make the order , it was very rushed, almost felt like they were throwing our food around. They didn't give us any napkins in the bag.We sat down to enjoy our food , there was many things missing on both the pizza and fries. Beans were old, cheese wasn't melted, fries aren't cooked properly. A Ve egg disgusting taste left in our mouth. We had to throw everything away after eating half of it as we were really hungry .If I could I would give this place zero stars, do better Taco BellVegetarian options: Supreme fries with beans beans taste horrible

I always eat tacos from this franchises but today this lady was so rude to me she greet properly to everyone expect me and I also asked for help about tacos then she behave rude to me I don't like it at all, she didn't even suggest me ,like what this is how you treat your customer everyday. No to this store for Life.

The seniority/ manager lady that is working today March 31, around 3:30 pm is very rude! Rude to her staff and rude to customers!
