Thai Orchid - Scarborough

Eating here is fantastic. I started with chickensatay that are the best I ever had. then I followed that with massaman curry. the sauce was so delicious that I could take a bucket home with me. the personal was very nice. will definitely go back to this restaurant when I am in Scarborough.

Visit scarborough for a holiday, and after a few days wanted something different than fish and chips and pub food. eating at thai orchid is very tasty, and we all eat quite many Asian foods. this place is up there with some of the most beautiful Thai food we have eaten. well maintained and relaxed atmosphere, family life, friendly staff, unpretentious, affordable. we would definitely go back!

Last night had a nice meal in thai orchid. the food was absolutely delicious. I had a mixed plate and tofu panang curry and would highly recommend both dishes! the service was also 10/10 the staff that served us were all very welcoming. will definitely go back!

Another accidental discovery whilst looking for a meal. We'd ended up getting back late due to traffic and had less time to find somewhere to eat. Staff were absolutely lovely and let us in even though they were closing within the hour. Service was quick and the food was nice. Pricing was a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. My curry was a bit on the spicy side for my tastes, but that's just my opinion and others with a higher spice tolerance would probably enjoy it! The woman who served us was also really great and let us back in after I'd forgotten the keys for our flat.
