Bayley's Lobster Pound - Scarborough

The lobsters were super fresh and delicious. The oysters were fresh and sweet. Only outdoor seating and it was a bit cold, but okay. The waitress was very friendly and thoughtful. She has a good smile. The price is incredibly good. Very recommended!

It is a great location, the staff was super courtesy and the food was good. Thank you for having fun with our mother's lunch!

Excellent lobster meat; my family has been going there since 1968. No disappointment.

I toured New England and landed in this place in Maine. It looked like a small institution, and we all know that they are the best. I was early for dinner, but it was a warm July day, so there were some people in the place to enjoy drinks and shade. I sat in the shade (as desired) on the big deck and was served immediately. The crowd was great, and the people were very friendly. The staff was exceptional and did his job very well, and with a smile. I started with the shell chowder, and it was incredible. For the main course it was of course a great lobster meal, and I was not disappointed. It was big, juicy and incredible. Everything was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. This place is great, and on my 4-day trip to New England I could not beat the food or service I had here.

Super good food. Huge portions. No lines. Great service. Awesome views. Get there!
