Shoyu Sushi - Scarsdale

We stopped at noon while on a weekend road. We were lucky. Everything was really delicious (miso soup, roast tofu, rainbow roll). Fresh sushi. We're going to visit again.

1st of all, it is now called shoyu sushi, and secondly it is my favorite restaurant and my whole family loves this restaurant the new owner took it Orr and he atmosphere is best food around!!

I have a salmon-teriyaki Bento box for lunch. This is a TOP NOTCH Bene... comes with soup, salad, salmon, rice, California roll, 1 Shumai, 1 dumpling, shrimp empura and herbal tempura. All for $20, what an amazing thing. And my Bf also ordered the Tonkatsu meal. It was big and lots of food!!!

Food quality is very good here. I do not think that all affordable sushi places nearby are all so friendly, but this place has better service than others (sakura service during the day is terrible! .

Best sushi I've ever had. Always fresh, always mouthwatering. Salmon Don and Spicy Tuna Roll is my go-to and it's delicious. Salmon don is a bed of warm rice topped with cool salmon sashimi (you can also get variety sashimi) that starts to kind of melt by the time it arrives. Then the spicy tuna roll is just always amazing. I suggest also getting a Lori Roll (I don't know how Lori is spelled, but it's pronounced like Laurie). That's a cucumber wrap and spicy crab roll if you want to avoid carbs. It's also one of the best things there. You can't go wrong with the Shumai appetizer either. Amazing food, amazing chefs.
