Contribuisci feedbackThis is the second time in a few weeks that I 've gone to get a dozen for my family and they were all out and all I get is the machine is down or sorry , I know it 's not the workers fault but damn!
Incredibly disappointed in the service my husband and I received today. I placed a mobile order for two avocado toasts, two green teas and two chicken and pepper wraps. I was not notified over the app, but when we got there to pick up our order, we were told that they did not have the chicken and pepper wraps. They informed me that I could replace with other menu items. We chose a kolache and an egg muffin. Which are both significantly cheaper than the chicken wraps. I then asked the cashier if they would refund the difference and they said no and asked why would they. I said because the items I chose are like $5 together whereas the two wraps together were almost $12. They still said no. We decided to just get the refund instead, and the employee scoffed, rolled her eyes and then began laughing with another coworker. Extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and all around a terrible experience. So incredibly sick and tired at the lack of customer service nowadays. And this dunkin and it's employees are the prime example of this. Note: this employee was working 9/10/23 at 10:15am. White, dirty blonde, blue eyes. She was a b*tch
Coffee was perfect. But for some reasons they had a puddle water on floor by the condiments and I fell. It wasn’t crowded so I’m not sure why they would a well trafficked leave an area with a puddle of water standing. Thank God I caught myself before on the counter top before dropping my full weight on my knees. The staff apologized profusely.
Super chill place. They always make my order correct. The donuts are delightful.
It was a good iced coffee. Just the thing to power up to drive from here to Corpus.
