Butterfield's Pancake House

Me and my son today, for Mother's Day breakfast. The wait wasn't long at all! Our server Jewel was OUTSTANDING! She was friendly, professional and checked to make sure we had everything we needed, to enjoy our food. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jewel!

I got eggs verde with potatoes on the side. The potatoes were crispy, wasn?t expecting that, but it was glorious! I don?t want to try another hash after this one. It truly set the tone for me. Eggs are well cooked, verde sauce tasted like authentic Mexican sauce. I tried their pancakes, moist and flavorful. Warm maple syrup was a nice touch. It truly upped the flavor. Their coffee is strong but the creamer they provided was the perfect blend. Their orange juice is fresh! You can just tell they use quality ingredients for their food. Not too long of a wait time for me. Would definitely go here again!

Had a good portion with my breakfast. Asked for crispy bacon and hashbrowns they weren't as crispy as I like sent the bacon back with no issues. It's thick cut so ended up a little chewy but still tasted great. Scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and pancakes were good. My server was very nice and attentive. Great atmosphere and a busy place. Overall really good. Thank you!

The service ranks as exceptional for such a busy restaurant. The pancakes we light and fluffy, the sausages were tasty as was the grits. They weren't like southern grits but definitely had a unique flavor having me wanting more. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. My only disappointment was the eggs. They lacked flavor and tasted like they were microwaved. I would certainly go back based on their service. Plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for a seat.

I was told by a friend that this was the spot for good pancakes. They were absolutely correct!!! I had the oreo pancakes and tried the banana pancakes and both were amazing! Staff was really courteous and the facility is kept really clean. Definitely recommend eating here!
