Old Town Gringos - Scottsdale

It was no one at the door. the sign said they were sitting themselves. eating was cold, others stayed without even paying for her. somehow, our bill was still $75 for totally terrible eating. we will not return.

We were never greeted, sitting, and there was no one on the door. It was like a loud crazy, unmanaged bar.

We arrived with a reservation. No-one their to greet you. Found our own table and then found someone to help us. Dinner was very ok! The guacamole was very good. Great for young people. We were celebrating a 70th birthday and by the reviews on Open Table expected a little better service. Beer pong table too close to tables. Jenga Blocks were pushed over onto my sisters leg by the people playing beer pong. The waitress gave her a free margarita. Really!! First, the manager should have come over and apologized and a free meal for my sister. Waitress was young. She tried. This place is for the young and for people who don't care about quality food. My brother wanted good mexican. Why this came upon Open Table is beyond me. I hate giving a restaurant a bad review, but I travel a lot and will have to say this was the worst.

We made our reservation 7 weeks in advance. On arrival the waitress said we had no reservation and she was rude and argumentative. In the end we have a table, but this first experience ruined our evening.
