Excellent. Service and food were top notch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food is good however will never return as the service is absolutely unwelcoming. The servers were extremely rude when you enter. It is a very disappointing experience . They need a lesson in etiquette and how to treat customers properly. When you enter and try to walk to the bar they point out that “there is a sign to wait to be seated” as if you are illiterate. They look at you as if you aren’t worthy to be served. We had to ask multiple times to even place an order and to get our check. Do NOT recommend. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
The 16th Ward is a great place to go for a night out in Scranton. The atmosphere is lively and sophisticated, and the food and drinks are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the flatbread pizzas, which were flavorful and well-made. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Mark, who was our host. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he made sure that we had a great experience.
