Missed half my order, didn't seem to be well organised, and had a poor experience with overcooked burgers and missing my chicken selects from my order Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We took grandkids today and was waiting over half an hour for food after pre ordering. Then missed off an item when we got it. It also came cold so we left most of it. Other people who sat near us was cold too. One family had been waiting over 45 mins for theirs. We complained to a young lad who said he would refer back to team. Yes it was a Saturday and busy but we wnt be going back there again totally disappointed. Service: Dine in

Food was a expected. Service was very slow, taking over 30 minutes!!!! I think they swapped an item on my order for someone who complained and forgot to recook my order.
