Contribuisci feedbackI usually broke a more common customer for this but this time not only did they make my order wrong, but they also made us to drive the thru also tho we ordered it online! the point of online order because we do not have to wait in the line. if they can't do that, they simply don't accept the online order know they're short on the personal. we have a big job when we have our order, the drink was already bad. the largest part of foam and whip is already melted. I will not go back!
Believe they open at 4:30, so was helpful for my spouse who has to be in office early typical SBux...
Great location that is not always open to go. products are not always on stock so it is difficult to order.
I don’t like when retail blame employees for management problems. If they are short staff, the owners (managers) should all be there working 80 hours a week. If the pay me a descent wage I will join them. It’s an excuse. If the owners can’t pay enough to get staff close the store let the other nearby Starbucks hire the employees. Don’t make me show up then be told on the door the lobby is closed because of staffing issues. That’s a management problem not a customer problem!
Our local Starbucks and the fastest in young great friendly staff as well.
