Grand Central Bakery - Seattle

The front entrance looks dark and seem like the store is closed, but just open the front door and walk inside, you will find the bakery on your left hand side. I thought they were closed the first time I went. They have great selection of bake goods, and coffee. They are located in this lovely train station like old building. They have a a large seating area just right out side of the store.

So many delicious looking options! I had the coffee cake because it was recommended to me, which wasn’t what I normally would have gotten and it was so perfect! The cake was soft, the apples were crisp yet cooked and the crumble was toasty and amazing. The hot chocolate was made with house-made chocolate syrup and the chocolate cookies are three different single origins AND gluten free. Yum!

Great place! Stopped by here for lunch, everything looked great. Turkey deluxe and Rueben sandwich are what our group ordered. Both were juicy very very tasty. Wanted to try some of the pastries but was too full!

Beautiful entrance on a beautiful day. I arrived by 10 am so it wasn't crowded. Had a piece of strawberry frangipane.. delicious. It was nice to enjoy a good pastry outside.

The Food Here Was So Delicious! We took ours just down the block end enjoyed lunch at the UPS Waterfall Garden Park! This place is such a great stop for lunch! The building is breathtaking and the ivy that grows on it is perfect for pictures! the park is incredible!
