The short ribs were gorgeous, the brisket was tender, delicate, and wonderfully flavored.
The dining experience at this restaurant is always excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My favorite dish is the Texas-style barbecue. I have been making the drive from Everett for years just to indulge in this delicious meal.
The staff are very courteous and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors of the food. Keep up the great work!
The owner was always so nice to me every time I went in and remembered me even though I wasn’t a regular. The food is good, affordable, and consistent which I prefer over the wildly variable other BBQ places I’ve tried in Seattle.
