This Seattle restaurant is a must-visit for brunch! The counter ordering system helps to efficiently turn over tables, but I would not suggest dining here with more than four people.
I was hoping to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Wandering Goose, but it seemed that the restaurant may have missed the mark on the day I visited. I ordered...
The Wandering Goose brings the southern kitchen to a new level. The best place in town to get southern comfort food and house style desserts. The cookies are spectacular. All I had here is wonderful. Only place to get land ham, not to mention HUGE slices of sliced cake in thick buttercream frosting, big enough to share with a whole table of people. Grandma approved! My favorite bakery in Seattle.
A restaurant that marches on his own melody. Every time I try this place, it becomes a challenge. After you drive all the way here and arrive 30 minutes after opening, they will tell you that they do not have fresh baked goods for 1-2 hours. This restaurant/bakery doesn't seem like they really want to do business. When I came here, I was told that the cook wasn't there for another 15 minutes. Your menu leads you to believe they are from the south. I guess that means South America where mañana (tomorrow) is the attitude.
