The café had a classic, rustic vibe which I appreciated, but the portion sizes for drinks, such as small coffees, were a bit disappointing. The teas, however, were served in larger pots which was a positive aspect. The café seemed to specialize in a few specific products, which limited its appeal to a wider audience. Some customers found the prices to be a bit high, although I personally didn't think they were unreasonable. If the café offered more affordable options like garlic bread or pizza snacks, they may attract more customers. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the café as a writer, but I felt that it may not be the best in its category.
My experience at the quiet coffee bar today was delightful. The baked potatoes were outstanding and the cranberry and cheese panini was also fantastic. The portion sizes were satisfying. I also tried a delicious soy latte, which is often not done well at other places. I would definitely return and recommend to others.
The coffee at this place is excellent, and they offer a 10% discount if you bring your own cup. However, the atmosphere is lacking, making it feel like a cheap cafe. Despite the high price of the coffee, the service is not up to par. The staff seemed rude, talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers. It's a shame because the coffee itself is great, but I most likely won't be returning due to the poor service.
Excellent coffee and friendly service at this coffee bar. we visited how it was recommended by independent coffee guide sw, and we were not disappointed.
Dropped in for lunch, very limited menu, pre made panini took over 15 mins to toast! No atmosphere and tables made of wood chip so scratch and catch your clothing! Definitely won't be going again!
