Contribuisci feedbackThe portion sizes were small for the prices. Only two servers were working and we had to wait longer than anticipated for our food. When it finally arrived, it was warm, not hot. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were told upon arrival that they never received our online reservation. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be seated because the hostess was engaged in a lengthy conversation with who appeared to be a supervisor or manager. This lack of professionalism left me very dissatisfied with my visit.
My chicken sandwich was not boiled and the fires were old, sat some time in the hairdresser basket and then served. Yes!
We waited for over 15 minutes for a table in an empty restaurant. eating was not the biggest. server tried as well as possible.
We arrived and held a conclusion. two of our guests said they had never been before and would come back in any case. I made the reservation for eight on the line. I confirmed the reservation the next day. on the day of the reservation I increased the reservation to ten. at the arrival to dinner I was told that there was no reservation. no table set for ten. the personal was accommodating and apologetic.
Everything at this TGIF has really gone extremely down hill.This restaurant was always full now its empty most of the time . Food has gone down hill as well. You cant even call there the phone goes right to a weird music background. (508 3362258) I dont know how ppl order take out. And online reservation doesn't work half the time. Just horrible to see how far down this restaurant went we used to go frequently.
