Location nella norma. Servizio buono. Il cibo purtroppo non mi ha soddisfatta: i fritti erano molto pesanti e l’olio si sentiva tantissimo, gli spaghetti erano asciutti e stopposi. Non ci tornerò. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Visualizza tutti i feedback.

I usually leave only positive reviews at restaurants where I have had an enjoyable meal. This is not the case, in fact it is one of the very few negative reviews for which I take the trouble to write two lines of text, because what happened on the evening of February 14th has something ridiculous, magical and surreal. Having booked at 8pm, we enter the restaurant a few minutes early and join the queue of people already present near the entrance, waiting for staff to handle tables and take away. The place was half empty, only a couple of tables were occupied. After 10 minutes of waiting without even the shadow of a waiter or employee, we are seated and given the menu to consult. Several minutes pass and no one comes to take orders, not even for drinks. Only after 30 minutes and two requests from me to the dining room staff (only one guy who managed everything) were we able to order, unlike others who, given the wait and the disorganisation, had thought of getting up and changing restaurants (an excellent choice for their part, with hindsight I envied them a lot). After another 15 minutes the drinks are finally brought to the table, where we have been sitting for more than 45 minutes, completely abandoned to ourselves. After another 10 minutes the first courses arrive, after another 5 others arrive, unfortunately all from just one person. Another 5 minutes pass and, finally, some of mine arrive, but one dish is completely wrong, the other has different ingredients from those indicated on the menu, so I had the brilliant idea of asking the waiter to be able to redo it without that particular ingredient. , he doesn 't understand, I explain it again more clearly, he seems to understand and walks away, but after 5 minutes the owner shows up asking me what happened with that dish, at which point I explain it again for the third time and finally the concept seems to have gotten through. After another 10 minutes this last dish also arrives. We have now been sitting at the table for more than an hour and finally we can both have dinner. as you may have understood, the constant throughout the dinner was the wait and the disorganization, but what I haven 't yet told you is all the magic that accompanied this (bad) experience: restaurant cell phones that continuously rang very loudly, due to the many take away orders given the evening staff who spoke very loudly with the kitchen, with the waiters, on the phone with the couriers, on the phone with the riders delivery errors, riders missing with the food, a certain person even made a hands free phone call in Arabic, audible throughout the room the only waiter who took orders and accompanied customers to the tables who continually repeated sorry, I 'm alone, we have a lot of orders customers who became impatient and left the room, even if they had already been seated for several minutes ordering devices set to maximum volume that continued to produce the most varied and annoying sounds possible in short, a complete carelessness and inattention towards the customer, the worst I have ever observed. The icing on the cake was the moment of payment, obviously 15 minutes of waiting for someone to deign to show up at the cash register, a situation that was only resolved after I had to go to the owner to inform him that I wanted to leave the place once paid. (I could have walked away and they wouldn 't have even noticed) To end the evening in style, the bill was paid in full, despite all the obvious and obvious inconveniences, delays, waits, and errors, the owner did not offer any discount or, much less, his apologies for what happened . P.S. the food was good, this is the only positive note of the evening and which saved the owner from endless complaints Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
