A very nice surprise. The bistro is still a little in its juice and doesn't pay for mine... But we had a very good surprise because the kitchen is upstairs! Fresh products, tasty dishes, GOSTT and quality are at the RDV (Coriander beef teataki, and chocolate made home mell and cook minute for us. The service is very pleasant, special mention to the young waiter with whom we discussed and whose reception is very pro and warm. When you travel to the region, your hotel was recommended to us by our guests, we do not regret. Eat more than refresh the decoration to stick with this beautiful kitchen (and price, which are however in accordance with quality.
