Contribuisci feedbackAlthough it is written in the English menu that cold Udon dishes use conbu-based when I use the personal (in Japanese,) I was told, even those have bonuses in them. Instead I ordered the winter limited takikomi gohan with sansai (mountain veggies) and tempura. they were okay, but since these are part of the page menu, the amount is not really enough for an average adult this combination was also cheaper than larger Udon dishes. I would only recommend going here because there is no other possibility; although I think the rice tempura combination could be made differently everywhere. the personal is really nice and friendly, although they probably can't speak English.
This place is really beautiful and special! it is in an old samurai house in the samurai neighborhood of kakunodate city. it has 5 or 6 vegan options, and a vegetarian. some of them have delicious local mushrooms the personal is also very friendly
