Contribuisci feedbackI ordered my food with special instructions. Your cashier doesn't listen completely because he messed up one of the Chalupa orders. After I paid, they realized they gave me my food before me. Then I had to wait 10 minutes in the car time until my food came to me. After waiting, they got me good, which was not done right. I had to wait five minutes for the right meal. I spent about 45 minutes in the drive thru waiting for order, waiting for food. I wanted to wait for 10 minutes to come to the intercom, but the drive thru is so small, there is no passing track. And the curb is so high that you can't pull over it. Overall, I am not satisfied with my service yesterday. I like the Taco bell, but the Seneca site must be repaired, either staff or relocation, or both.
Even though today was to correct an order that was wrong today the experience was FANTASTIC the manager apologised for the mix up, although he was not worked at the time of the mix, he went beyond and beyond what I experienced other managers do and i GREATLY APPRECIATED IT
Taco bell is Taco bell. Hit and Miss, but the last time I left, it was pretty good. Had crispy taco sepremes.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I just visited this taco bell and my entire order is incorrect. It's like they rushed through and just threw whatever they wanted into the bag. And none of it is even worth what was spent.
I like this restaurant but lately my orders haven't been correct. My order was wrap in the wrong paper, I pay for extra yet didn't receive what I pay. Employees in the evening seems miserable and by way my food was look. Said a lot. Today I went to Clemson Taco Bell and my vegetable bowl was a lot more appealing. TACO BELL CORPORATION TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME, NOT HAVING ENOUGH WORKERS REALLY SETS PEOPLE BACK. THIS LOCATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FAVOURABLE PLACE MY KIDS LIKE BUT HAPPY EMPLOYEES, HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
