I want to come back to Korea just for this place. This place is having one of the best vegan desserts I ever ate in my life! Their vegan lotus waffle is to die for. The waffle really taste like non vegan waffle. The whipped cream inside is airy but still heavy and perfectly sugary as it should be. The lotus paste is giving taste without being too much. The best vegan desserts ever! I really love dessert and bread, so I really have tried a variety of types desserts not only in korea but also in Europe, but I can definitely say it is my number one dessert! All vegan and so sweet heart owner! The place is difficult to find, and you should choose big alley! Then if you find “no brand” yellow sign, it is located on that 3rd floor if the building. It is quite difficult to find and pass through the wet market, but it is deserve to do!!!

Known for their sandwiches they have a special vegan fried chicken I wanted to try! After 20min running in circles I found a small hidden staircase. I eventually found the place on the third floor. Vegan is Hip currently offers only sandwiches and waffles with different kinds of fillings. They are working on new recipes, however, so this should change soon. There are diverse sandwiches with e.g. tempeh, sweet potato, tofu salad, fruits or vegetables. The sandwich base is simply crisp toast, the filling layer is big and flavorful.
