Pierre Herme Paris - Serris

Pierre Hermé is the world-famous father of Macaroon with several shops on all continents. One of my goals of our last trip to Paris was Macaroons by Pierre Hermé. Fortunately, this Pierre Hermé branch is located in La Vallée... Village Outlets so at the end of the day when we finished our shopping, I made sure to go a selection of Macaroons to enjoy back at the hotel. The guy who helped me in the store was friendly and informative. He proposed some flavors that I should try. The prices are higher from other competitors bakeries, but it is understandable how to buy from the master. At the tasting we fell in love with these miracles. I confirm these Macaroons are the best in the world. The perfect textures, the delicious aromas, the freshness etc...

Small store that mainly sells Maccaron, and a little chocolate. You know you're in the right place. Yummy... 1 of my visit to Paris.

I often go here to come to a dinner party. The staff is very professional and correct. Always fresh. Good as we live outside Paris.

Very bad service, I told the staff, I have the VIP 10% discount at the beginning, the staff said ok, then when I paid them forget to give the discount and me in full price. When I checked the bill, I spent about...€100 and there was no discount, they refused to refund or cancel the bill, they were standing just and said NO. Bad service, not help, I will never visit this store.

The muffins, cakes and chocolate taste were delicious. Im still craving some till now I mus say its addictive.
