Las bebidas son decentes, la comida es pobre. Los camareros son lentos. A pesar de todo, un precioso patio que lo compensa todo.

El restaurante ubicado en el Hotel Alfonso XIII es espectacular. Está decorado con buen gusto y es muy acogedor. Sin embargo, desafortunadamente, el servicio de coctelería deja mucho que desear. He estado varias veces y cada vez es peor: el Manhattan está muy diluido y con una guinda de pastel en lugar de una marrasquino, el Americano lleva soda, el Negroni está mal balanceado... Es urgente contratar un barman con conocimientos y experiencia.

We visited the bar as we were staying at the hotel. The service was a bit slow and the bar was crowded. However, the cocktails were very good.

My husband took me here. Also for him it was the first time to visit this gorgeous hotel. So beautiful and richly decorated. The upscale service on the terrace was nice but extremely slow, hence two stars less. It was not so busy. We had to wait for our drinks, waited a out 40 minutes for our delicatessen platter and after that waited longer than 50 minutes for our salads. They robbed us from our time. Otherwise this would have been perfect. When we asked if there was something wrong with our order of salads they checked and apologised. The drinks (a beer and a Verdejo) were on the house. Next time just take pictures but don't order anything. The salads we ordered were fine.

This stunning hotel has a lovely central patio and ample soft seating areas in the cool where we enjoyed tea, cocktails and snacks. It became our 'go to ' bar during our stay in Seville. Superb, unhurried service as you would expect in a five star hotel.
