Jersey Mike's Subs - Shallotte

Love there Sandwiches...the best for Sub type Sandwiches anywhere....

Ordered online from the Jersey mikes app 7:52) was informed that my order would be delivered within 30 mins of placing said order 8:22). However, an hour after placing my order 8:52) and my driver was still not at the the restaurant. I called the store 8:57) to ask them about my order. The woman on the other end of the phone told me that it is a third party system when you order through the jersey mikes app, which I totally understand. However, I asked her to remake my sandwiches because after sitting on the counter for an hour I knew that they were going to be soggy. The woman denied my request stating we close in 3 mins and can 't make your order. She also informed me that if my driver was not in the store within those three mins that we would not be getting our sandwiches. What kind of customer service is this? If someone walked into the physical restaurant you would have to make their sandwich if it wasn 't 9 pm yet. Why can 't you remake mine? Just doesn 't sit right with me. With all of this being said, contact was made with the delivery driver and he was very kind and understanding of the situation. He also told me that he came all the way from Little River, SC to make this delivery because there were no other drivers closer according to the app.

A Jersey Mike's sub never disappoints! Everyone is always friendly, and the subs are always great. I tried one of their cheesesteaks for the first time. It's as good as any cheesesteak around. I haven't been there in months for the sandwiches were terrible. Second chance. Shouting conversation between two employees. One was at the soda cabinet and the other one in the back, past the grill. The knucklehead behind the counter could not hear my simple name because of the shouting and after three repeats still got it wrong. One medium sandwich and one large totaled over 28 bucks for sandwiches, No drinks, no chips), that were dry until you got to the end of the sandwich where the seasoning was. In this ball game two strikes and you're ejected from the game. NEVER AGAIN!
