Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sharonville

That was my salad with chicken....and no dressing....again...and the girl I talked about the vinaiigrette was not interested in something that corresponds to the customer service.

I will never order from this Chipotle site again. I posted an online order at 11:10 and was informed via the online server that my order will be completed at 11:40. I come to the location and the personal did as if they had not my order or even have a reminder to me that gave a job. Once they finally found out the right name for my order, I was told that my order was not done and they also have not enough deliveries to complete my orders in their totality. then I was told to wait for the manager chris I had to ask again, because it took just 10 minutes before another opportunity to talk to him. once. I finally got the chance to talk to him about a refund, he told me that a refund would not appear on my card for three working days! I think this is absolutely ridiculous and anxious. I will never come to this place again. I'm pretty sure that the personal could be great, but today's misunderstanding was unacceptable. I understand that there could be a shortage of work and other mildering circumstances, but there should always be a great deal of urgency when they deal with eating and the money of people. I didn't know that today.

There were four employees and only 1 person in the line when I arrived, but still managed to ignore me for good 5 minutes. After I was recognized, it took almost 10 minutes until the one with the staff completed my order. all the time when the other employees joking among themselves. when I left, a line was almost out of the door. I need to ask if the workers/ manager even care?

Since I noticed that this place has awakened nothing but children and black, it is a catastrophe, always from objects or too short employees. I hope a big wig gets a grip on his management team, they really destroy this call of restaurants with bad employment choices. the Lebanon store is a good example for the wake up and go.

The lady making the bowls was the best. She made them perfect with a smile and I gave her a 20 tip. She deserved it.
