Bojangles - Shelbyville

Good food, great service, great price for what you get.

They have rearranged menu. Took a moment to figure out how to read the new arrangement.

Always have great food. It has always been freshly cooked or sometimes you have to wait 4-6 mins for them to cook it for you. I don't mind the wait most times but there are times I don't have the time to wait. This is the one thing that comes to mind about the restaurant is sometimes the person taking the order tells you at the window when paying that there is a wait for a particular item of your order, occasionally they will tell you while ordering which I like and would prefer.

We went to bojangles around 8:30 pm last night they were not busy at all but when we were ready to order they told us it would be a 25 minute wait for some chicken tenders. I don't understand why it would be so long of a wait if 1 they were not busy at all 2 it's Friday night shouldn't they be prepared to have customers?

Love the food here but they have went up on the prices and I can no longer afford to eat here at all.
