Toco Bell - Shelbyville

Very friendly staff eating was fresh and tasty I always had a good experience every time when I visit there about the years when I breathe. a time I was short on the change I got home and realized that the cash had me 9 dollars back from a 50 so I called the manager and he counted the register and saw the error, so I went back and got the rest of my change and he and the young man in the register complaind and gave me a bell

That's a pretty good taco bell. they are well organized and efficient, especially when they are through the drive-thru!

They are short staffed however using self service screens they had everything running smoothly! Those employees are excellent! The drive thru was too the road as it was lunch time and inside dining was full. But everything was moving quickly. Good job employees they all need raises!!

Ordered 6 nacho tacos, they all was broken, half didnt have cheese, the Supreme didnt have but one or 2 little pieces of tomato on them, no one there to take your order,you have to do it yourself, I would have been better off cooking them myself at home,wont be back

I rather go to the Taco Bell on hwy 72.. This location has rude drive thru workers, for no reason at all. They get the orders wrong, and leaves out sauce. They simply act like they absolutely hate their job.. We will never go to this location again
