Cracker Barrel - Shepherdsville

My mother and I ate here yesterday and the service and the food were great. The most important thing happened after I paid. My mother has Alzheimer's and she started having an episode in which she didn't recognize me and assumed that I was someone with the intention to harm her. The manager stayed with me and helped to calm Mama until I could get her in the car. Cracker Barrel can be very proud of Renee.

Went here with my family and had a blast. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and atmosphere was jovial. It took some time to to get our food, but that's unavoidable due to lack of staffing. They are hiring if people are looking for a fun place to work.

Great service, great food. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was I've had better salmon, this was a tiny bit over cooked, but still very good. 2 of our party got burgers and were very pleased, another got the Italian sub, very good, but bread was very crusty, which is typical for Italian bread, so just keep the in mind. Would definitely go back!!

The service was wonderful! The waitresses were so polite! It's delicious. The best thing was that we didn't have to wait, even though the restaurant was crowded. Definitely will eat here again when I'm in town the next time.
