Little Caesars Pizza - Shepherdsville

I ordered two pizzas with extra cheese and meat and arrived to pick them up about 15 minutes later. Instead of receiving fresh pizzas, they handed me an old pizza from the drawer that was barely warm and didn't have any extra toppings. I tried to reach out to someone for assistance, but there was no way to talk to anyone about the issue.

When I arrived at the store to discuss the situation, I was met by Ashley, who sarcastically suggested I could have napkins if I wanted to cry about it. When I inquired about who manages the store, they said that they do, which left me confused. As I sat outside to write this review, I noticed the entire staff was outside smoking. It’s hard to believe that the business is thriving during lunchtime on a Saturday when employees are treating customers this way. Who is Brandon? I suggest serious changes need to be implemented to improve customer service at this location.

In my experience, this is the worst Little Caesars in America. They didn’t have any pizza ready between 4 and 8, as they advertised. The staff member was rude and had a disrespectful attitude. They got my order wrong, and it took 90 minutes to receive my pizza. After waiting for 20 minutes, I still didn't get my order. This has happened every time I've visited.

Very rude manager and employee. It was overloaded. When asked about overcharge manager and employee said have a nice day. Loud. Turned and went away. They turned very ghetto and white garbage really fast. Advise all to stay away from Shepherdsville Ky location

Little caesars pizza is ok but the guy called Pat who says is the manager needs to be fired and not be able to serve custumers at all ever in his life i went in asked for pizza and two orders of wings he dhook his had and had additude immediately i just said ok dont bother since i saw he was getting aggravated so he said do u want it or not i said no dont worry give me the pizza i asked for hus name and he just went off on me and saying if u dont like it dont come here and saying I have ur name from the card and ur gonna be banned from here alwso sayung go back to ur country which i walked out and he also fallowed me outside still running his mouth than my wide went in he also went off and was yelling the whole time did not calm down we did come almost before close which is they didnt want to make it bc they was avout to close all he could have said is were closing soon sorry thats all not go off and escalate the situation cery poor custumer service and definitely not manager material . The photo is him coming out the store behind my wofe runing his mouth as we was driving off he was still yelling and telling us we were not allowed to be on that property .
