We often visit The Pullman for the food, as they have never let us down! The food is always delicious, the staff are all super friendly and the pub itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere. We love it here! A special thank you to Caitlan who was our waitress today, she is super lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable of the beers on offer! Cheers!

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for this restaurant. If you are vegan, I recommend being cautious when dining here. I visited with my family to celebrate my grandmother's birthday and was mistakenly served a chicken pie and mashed potatoes with butter instead of the vegan meal I ordered. I had already consumed some of the mash and gravy before I realized the mistake. Additionally, my other vegan relatives were also served fish instead of banana blossom, and the vegan chili was unevenly microwaved, resulting in some parts being cold while others were warm and bland. Despite the mishaps, the staff were very kind and accommodating. They provided me with a replacement meal, but I was already quite upset about unknowingly consuming dairy. If you are considering dining here as a vegan, I recommend double-checking your order before digging in.

Travelled to Folkestone specifically to eat here, to be told we don 't do food between 15.00 and 17.00 at the moment , despite this not being noted anywhere on their website, or even a sign outside. Disappointed. Wasted trip.

Sunday Lunch was perfect. Tender Roast beef served Pink. Good house wine. Lovley friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Loved the Menu.
