Shogun Sushi - Sherbrooke

I really enjoy this restaurant, I have been a few times and I think it is worth the money if you plan on eating a lot. The sushi is good, not cheap tasting, although some fish dishes are not as fresh. The sushi rolls have a lot of rice, which I enjoy. The fried dishes were not my favorite, but they were still good. The miso soup was especially delicious. The ambiance is lovely, with pretty decor and warm lighting. The service is quick as well. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

This happened a few months back, Very bad service. Tried to charge my friend for the “all you can eat” when she had told the server that she was not going to do the all you can eat. She took a noodle soup which came with no noodles and they tried to charge her 30$ for it. Very sweet servers for whom I felt bad for because the manager/owner kept sending them out to tell my friend to pay the 30$. The floor manager was absolutely awful and scowled at us the entire time we tried to explain that my friend had only eaten soup. She said we were lying and was basically yelling at us. The top manager/owner was there but never came to see us when we asked for him. We ended up sitting over an hour at the table, me and my friend group, whilst they watched the cameras. I understand people probably try to get away without paying sometimes, so they can’t be too forgiving/simply believe everyone. But they’re attitude was disgusting, and we had notified one of the servers at first, I guess they don’t have good organization. They still ended up making my friend pay 5$ for the noodle-less soup.

The worst service in Sherbrooke. The waitresses are clueless on how to service a client. Tables are sticky, floor is dirty. To avoid at all cost.

My favorite sushi place in the city! all they can eat during the day is quite cheap for what they get! all eating is amazing and the garnel tempura is the best I have tasted! I strongly recommend ordering it here!

Really great. Eating is great, fast, only on the bottom is that they close early. it says 10h30 at the door, but the kitchen closes at 8h00. high recommend none of the less
