The Catch: Sherman

Edit: within a few minutes of leaving this review, the Catch left their response. I'm not sure how they took steps to address my concerns that quickly, especially when there were only two employees working when we were there. Looks like a canned response to me.My wife and I had dinner here tonight. Didn't realize it was a fast food place. Kinda like a Long John Silvers. But a lot more expensive. $35 for two people??? And no where near as good. Wife said the cole slaw had a funny sour taste. My red beans and rice had NO taste. And the catfish is WAY undercooked. It might not be bad after we take it home and finish cooking it in the air fryer. We certainly won't be back here.

If you 're going to spend this much on fish, try Hucks just down the highway a bit in Denison. They have really good fish.

Shrimp was waaay over cooked and hard as a rock. Sure hope it’s not too late for them to recover from this. I was the only one there at 7pm on a Friday night.

This is my new 5 star restaurant !! Courtney was beyond helpful! I'll be coming back many times in the future!! Loved the boudin balls, my grilled shrimp were large and amazing, food is great and service as I said from Courtney was impeccable!!!! Sherman is lucky to have a place like this!!!

First time No one inside Scary but took a chance Came in for the Maui Maui Did not have so disappointed Staff was very apologetic Manager even came out to just check in since no fish Staff super nice My husband had crab legs Loved them I had a cup of gumbo Delicious Then I got grilled shrimp grilled and blackened catfish and white fish also delicious over bed of white rice Hush puppies are very good I must confess I ordered a large beignets got 5 I actually ate every single one I should have taken a order for home They are very good I ate like there is no tomorrow And enjoyed every calorie/carbs Will come back and recommend to others
