Baskin-robbins - Sherwood

This Baskin Robbins has consistently been excellent since it opened. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the decor is definitely delightful. We've ordered several ice cream cakes for our birthday parties, and we've never been let down.

During Covid in 2020, a friend celebrated her 65th birthday, but I couldn’t get into the facility where she lived due to restrictions. One of the employees kindly offered to deliver the cake for us and made it a delightful surprise! The ice cream was fantastic, bringing back childhood memories of 31 flavors, and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you for helping to make this memorable birthday special, even without a party!

It was a scorching 111°F outside when I found myself drawn to Baskin-Robbins. Stepping into the air-conditioned shop felt like entering paradise. Inside, there were two tubs filled with delightful frozen treats. Heatwave? What heatwave? Everything is better when you indulge in a double scoop!

Great customer service! Clean location, great selection of ice cream cakes that I needed in a pinch! There was a bit of a line with only one cashier but she did a fantastic job and was very sweet and courteous. We will be returning again soon. PS. They even had candy out for Halloween...double score!

Service is great, but they 've had the same two flavors of no sugar added ice cream for two years now. 'Bout time for a change!!!!!!
