Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Sherwood

The smoothie is off was fine. The only complaint is one size. It’s entirely too big. I would look in to offering a smaller options.

Good tropical smoothie, but very slow in the mornings, they need more help.

Stopped by here today, had to wait 12 minutes at speaker before someone ever spoke to me. Charged me an extra .50 for splenda substitute. I left without anything, will not be back, will continue to go to the JFK location. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I wasted half of my lunch hour to end up with nothing. I will NEVER be back.

Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. We sat behind 2 cars for over 20minutes after ordering a kids smoothie. I finally left the line to go inside to get it and it was completely melted and gross. They need to get it together. When I went inside, there was no one waiting on food or anything. All the workers were just standing around in a daze. JFK location is 100% better than this one. Don’t waste your time here. Sad to say.

I ordered a smoothie today (Island Green). My smoothie had pieces of a plastic bag in it and spinach that wasn’t ground up. Very dangerous drink with the big piece of plastic in it. I will email headquarters to voice my concerns. Besides all of that the girl at the drive through window was VERY RUDE.
