Ostrea Shinjuku 3-chome - Shinjuku-Ku

When I made a reservation, I was told that we had to leave after finishing our meal, but it was not mentioned or it was a time limit system. It was quite empty even though it was crowded at 100% pace, with plenty of empty seats inside the restaurant. What is "seat time"? If there are such rules, they should be at least mentioned on the reservation page or communicated in advance. Another annoying thing is spraying something on the table next to where we were eating and wiping down the empty tables with it. It's unpleasant while eating. It's a shame because the oysters were delicious.

The fresh oysters are delicious. They are reasonably priced and come in a set of 24. At this oyster bar, you can expect nothing but oysters, which I find unique and enjoyable. The wine selection is also great in terms of both price and taste. The staff provided a good explanation of the oysters as well.

There is also an oyster bar nearby, and I used to go there many years ago. However, considering the variety of dishes, spacious seating, and service, I will now use the oyster bar in Sancho-me in the future.
