Contribuisci feedbackAccording to my kids the food was good. I personally did not eat. The place in general was dirty, tables were filthy, coke machines were dirty , floors were all sticky. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The food is good enough for me to keep coming back and the staff are usually friendly. Other than that, I have issues with the fact they seem to close early at random. I?m within walking distance and since I usually just walk to get there, I would expect to be able to sit in the lobby. Especially at 5pm, but no, their lobby was closed at this time, yet the place was still open. I?ve also ordered from them on doordash, and I?ve been told they were closed despite already ordering from them?at 7pm. A little weird for them to close that much earlier than they?re supposed to.
Julio Montoz needs anger management and customer service training. I wish a Zero Star was available for rating Mr. Montoz. Because a 1 Star is too much. Burger King Corporation should fire him ASAP and never allow him to work at any location in any state. I encountered Julio Montoz on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 11:07am at the Burger King located at 1733 Line Avenue in Shreveport when I ordered lunch at the front counter. Mr. Montoz was very rude and disrespectful! He became very angry when my order was incorrect. Mr. Montoz grabbed my burgers and fries from the counter like a mad man and threw them away. I was never discourteous or rude to him. I simply stated my order was incorrect and he blew a fuse. Julio Montoz should never work with the public. If BK allows him to stay they will lose customers. And I would not want to be an employee working with Mr. Montoz. With the awful way he treats customers I can?t begin to imagine how he treats the employees.
We had a bit of a wait, but the food was fresh when we got it. They tried to keep the line moving as much as possible to get to people in a timely manner.
The food was great as always, but the customer service is horrible... Would have had great experience at the one on greenwood rd... but this one on Line Ave... they are RUDE rude... I almost told that woman to stick that whopper meal all the way up her , but I paid for it thru the app... they need some training on how to talk to customers. Especially the ones who don't have an attitude with them...
