Church's Chicken - Shreveport

Worst experience in a fast food chain I've ever experienced. Instead of chicken, I got 2 unopened packages from Vanity Fair table napkins and not even an apology after I had moved away in a hurry after waiting for 25 min for my order.

This place is hit or miss some days the food is amazing other it is terrible so try on your own risk

The two who worked the shift when I came thru where wonderful. Life, respect and customer service. Chickens and fries with the Orka were all hot and fresh.

This place really went down. It's not the same. Surprise is still open. It was great in the pass. I decided to give them another attempt, because I liked the chicken quarter. It wasn't done. Cookies hard like a brick. Hold it? I would not recommend to my friends or family

Great customer service and time management. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
