Contribuisci feedbackSlow service and horrible customer service. They make you feel like you're bothering them. Everytime it seems like we go there; we have to get out of line (drive-thru) and pull up or pull over in a parking space and wait for or food.
The menu boards light was out had to pull around to the window no one there to wait on us workers looked at us and walked the other way finally after about 10 minutes of sitting there someone waited on me. The car behind me left without being waited onthe car in front of me was still waiting when I left with my order. Very very poor service. They were having a Halloween partyand we're ignoring their customers. I will never go to this Kentucky fried Chicken again ????
Love KFC, but why must I always wait for chicken? Told us it would be 15 minutes ending up being 32 minutes. Your a chicken restaurant and it's dinner time. An idea... Have chicken ready, southern classic always does.
I have an eaten at Kentucky in several years cause I thought it was disgusting I ate here I was pleasantly surprised it was pretty good I would try it again
Had to repeatedly tell them my order 3 times at the window and twice hiw much it cost. Waited over 30 minutes for my famous bowl and small Mac and cheese. 2 cars after I ordered got their food first. Once I was handed my food I was told to open andcheck if it's the correct order. It wasn't it was another cars order saw them hand over the food I opened to the next car. Andafter all that my order wasn't even made correctly they just handed me a small bowl of corn. I won't be returning to thislocation
