Starbucks - Shreveport

It’s Starbucks. Coffee is good. People are generally very nice. Place could use a really good scrubbing,, maybe even a new makeover. But again, you usually get what you expect from a Starbucks.

Terrible customer service, just asked for a small coffee. She didn’t even bother to inform me that they ran out of coffee and went back to grab her phone from the back and started texting while trying to fill the cup with one hand, terrible!

I never go to this Starbucks given the fact there is NO DRIVE THRU. My daughter talked me into it and I'm glad I did. I was impressed by their speed and suggestions. I will be returning.

9-13-2022 0 stars if possible! This is the second worst starbucks iv ever been to! I travel from the west coast to the east coast regularly and stop at many starbucks.. I stopped in here around noon there was 2 girls working, I had placed a mobile order online, first of all they made the drink wrong, mixing it with lemonade instead of water, so I let them know and the girl said she was sorry and walked away and started taking other customers orders instead of fixing her mistake so I asked … – show

I had mobile order and had to wait over 40 min to get my coffee. Ppl in and out I’m still waiting when I asked why it’s been like that the lady said mam we can refund u oh I’m waiting 40 min at the end instead of u make my coffee u want to cancel it Used to live go their but now nope
